We currently don't offer returns or exchanges but every situation is different so please email any questions or concerns to tinatbhshop@gmail.com
VAT TAX: Starting July 1st, 2021, if you live in an area that requires VAT TAX to be paid, you are responsible for paying that. This applies to the UK, please ask your local post office for additional details if needed. 
International customs: We are not responsible for any customs charged by individual countries.

Q: " How long will it take to ship my order? "

A: During restocks it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to ship orders all orders, we are a team of two and try our best. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

 

Q: " I just received my order and something is wrong/missing/etc., what do I do?"

A: Please email tinatbhshop@gmail.com for any questions or concerns regarding orders, we'd be happy to help!

 

Q: " Do you ship internationally?" 

A: Yes! We offer both domestic and international shipping. International shipping prices very on items bought and country.

 

Q: " Do you accept returns or exchanges? "

A: We currently don't but please email us if you were not happy with your order, we'd love to work something out!

 

Q: " When will you restock on _____?"

A: We do big restocks 1-2 times a month on popular items but please let us know if you want a certain product! We will make a note of that and order more for next time.

 

Q: " I pre-ordered something, when can I expect it? "

A: Pins can take anywhere from 1-2 months to be made depending on the quantity and season. Totes take about one month to be made and stickers take 1-2 weeks. Rest assured, we will ship out your product when it is done. If you'd like to see updates for preorders we offer them on our highlights page @tinatbh on Instagram.
